Discover Onslow is a local business directory and community platform serving Onslow County, North Carolina. The Service provides business listings, reviews, events, and community information.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Business Listings

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Discover Onslow reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.

5. User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Discover Onslow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: submit false or misleading reviews, impersonate another person, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid listings are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

Discover Onslow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
